Competition Terms & Conditions – Oliver Brown × Inda Pubs
1.Promoters
This competition is jointly promoted by:
Oliver Brown Limited (registered in England and Wales, registered address: 75 Lower Sloane Street, London, SW1W 8DA) and Inda Pubs Limited (registered in England and Wales, registered address: The Portman, 51 Upper Berkeley Street, London, England, W1H 7QW)
(together, the “Promoters”).
The competition is administered by Oliver Brown Limited on behalf of both Promoters.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of the Promoters, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens on 22 April and closes at 23:59 on 31 May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must submit their email address via the official competition landing page.
4.2 No purchase is necessary.
4.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.
4.4 From 19 May 2026, participants who opt in to receive marketing communications from the Promoters will receive one additional competition entry. Opting in is entirely optional and is not required for entry.
4.5 Participants who entered prior to 19 May 2026 and subsequently opted in to marketing communications during the Competition Period will also receive one additional entry.
4.6 A maximum of two entries per person is permitted: one standard entry and one additional entry for opting in to marketing communications.
5. Prize
5.1 One winner will receive:
• An Oliver Brown Made-to-Measure experience (RRP £1,200 - a choice of two trousers or a jacket)
• A dining experience for four at The Admiral Codrington (three courses and wine up to a total value of £400; any additional spend must be covered by the winner)
• An Oliver Brown voucher
5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.3 The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period, including any additional entries awarded for marketing opt-in
6.2 The winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of the competition closing.
6.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prize Redemption
7.1 The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of winner notification.
7.2 Redemption is subject to availability and may be restricted during peak periods.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Personal data will be processed by the Promoters for the purpose of administering the competition.
8.2 Where participants have opted in, their data will also be used for marketing communications from both Promoters.
8.3 Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

8.5 Participants may withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
9. Publicity and Winner Information
9.1 The Promoters may publish or make available the surname and county of the winner.
9.2 This information can be requested by emailing events@oliverbrownlondon.com within 30 days of the closing date.
9.3 Winners may object to this disclosure or request limited disclosure where permitted by law.
10. Liability
The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or other circumstances beyond their control.
11. General
11.1 The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition where necessary. Any material changes to the competition or these Terms & Conditions during the Competition Period will be communicated via the competition landing page.
11.2 In the event of circumstances beyond their reasonable control (including but not limited to technical failure, fraud, or force majeure), the Promoters reserve the right to modify or discontinue the competition.
11.3 These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
