We want you to be delighted with every purchase. If, for any reason, your order isn’t quite right, you are welcome to request an exchange, store credit or refund within 28 days of delivery.

Complimentary Exchanges
For UK orders, exchanges are entirely free. Whether you require a different size, an alternative style, or simply wish to explore another option, we will happily assist you. A short conversation with our team often resolves common questions or concerns immediately.

A Thank You For Staying With Us
Should you opt for store credit in the returns process, we will add 10% on top of your order value to thank you for staying with us. If your original choice was not quite right, we would be delighted to help you find something that is.

Refunds
As an independent British retailer, each return involves courier charges, inspection, and careful repackaging. This contribution allows us to continue to offer the considered service and personal attention that defines our brand.
USA & EU Returns
Organise an exchange or return quickly and easily through our returns portal (link below).
Please note that we are unable to offer an exchange for international orders, and we cannot refund item that have been worn, altered, or personalised.
All Other International Returns
For returns of orders outside the UK, USA & EU, customers are
responsible for arranging postage back to us. Our returns address is:

All international returns should clearly state the package is a
return on the outside of the parcel, to avoid further duty charges when
returning goods.
Please note that Oliver Brown is unable to refund any postage costs for International refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
