Meet Stephan, Sales Assistant at our Cornhill store in the heart of the city.
Originally from Stockholm in Sweden, Stephan spent the first 22 years of his life there before moving to London to study Marketing and Advertising at University College London. He now calls Richmond home.
Stephan is part of the team at our Cornhill store, where he focuses on sales and specialises in made-to-measure tailoring. With a genuine love for tailoring and menswear, he brings enthusiasm and expertise to every customer interaction.
His career in menswear has taken him across the globe - from working at The Library in Brompton Cross, to managing a Ralph Lauren store in Dubai, and eventually moving into the world of tailoring on Savile Row. There, he worked with two of the most iconic names in British tailoring: Richard James and Huntsman, before joining Oliver Brown. For Stephan, the most rewarding part of the job is the opportunity to meet new people and build relationships with his customers.
Amongst the highlights of his career was his time at Richard James, where he had the chance to dress a number of well-known icons, including Elton John and Madonna. These unforgettable experiences truly immersed him in the world of tailoring.
Outside of work, Stephan leads a very active lifestyle. He enjoys indoor climbing, hot yoga, and swimming - a pastime he often shares with friends, one of whom has won Olympic gold in swimming at the Sydney games. Always seeking new challenges, he has pushed himself both mentally and physically by completing a series of Ironman events. Above all however, he deeply cherishes time spent with his three-year-old son, Hugo.

Whether you’re looking for the perfect suit, jacket, or tailored separates, Stephan offers a truly personalised service. Drawing on his Swiss flair for style. he can advise you in selecting the comfortable and fashion-forward fabrics.
One of his favourite Oliver Brown commissions to date involved creating a navy mesh striped jacket using Holland & Sherry’s 100% wool cloth - featuring a peak lapel and subtle white stripes, Stephan plans on pairing this beautiful summer jacket with some white trousers at Henley Regatta this coming July.
Stephan has built lasting relationships with clients across the City, showcasing the made-to-measure services we offer at Tower 42’s Christmas pop-up, bringing the Oliver Brown experience directly to professionals in the area.
