If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, please return within 28 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit, or refund. All goods must be returned in an unused saleable condition with any original tags and packaging.

We will create an exchange order or issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

A returns shipping fee of £7.50 applies but is waived for exchanges or store credit or in the unlikely instance that goods are received faulty.

We are unable to offer an exchange or refund for items that have been worn, altered, or personalised.

For returns of orders outside the UK, USA & EU, customers are
responsible for arranging postage back to us. Our returns address is:

All international returns should clearly state the package is a
return on the outside of the parcel, to avoid further duty charges when
returning goods.  

Please note that Oliver Brown is unable to refund any postage costs for International refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
