Clarence Classic Fit Suit - Brown Glen Plain Wool

Construction: The Clarence Jacket is constructed with a half-canvassed chest piece to provide structure and improved fit and comfort over time. We also include additional fine details such as working cuffs, a contrast lining, roped shoulders, and double vents. The trousers have a zip and clasp closure and side adjusters for a comfortable fit. Buttons are sewn on the inside of the waistband for those who prefer the reassurance of wearing braces.

Cloth: The worsted flannel cloth of this suit is sourced from Fox Brothers, a prestigious mill which has been producing handmade woolen and worsted cloth in Somerset since 1772. It is a medium-weight (300 gsm) cloth woven from 100% Superfine Merino Wool.

Alterations: Suit trousers come unfinished at 38" long but can be finished for an additional cost which can be selected on this page. We also offer a full service of alterations in our stores and can ensure that sleeve lengths, waists, jacket length, and a myriad of other options are tailored specifically to you.

A classic English cut with bespoke details, this jacket features a raised, roped shoulder and high armholes. The chest piece is half-canvassed and will naturally shape to your body over time for an unmatched fit.

The matching trousers sit at the natural (higher) waist and fall straight through the leg. They are neither overly tight nor baggy to provide a traditional drape.
